Lucy waiting for her cue, it came! She's rounding one, skipped 2 altogether, rounding 3rd to home... oh,oh... the big one shut her out.

Which has nothing to do with this post. I'm having some right now and just had to say it...
Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 425. I have no set pattern for pizza toppings, I just clean out the fridge. I pre-made the individual dough and had them in the freezer. Easy to pull out a few hours before and they're ready to go. Roll out the dough and start layering. I, of course realized after I had put it in the oven that I forgot the basil so I just opened the oven and flicked it on. Some hit, some didn't. Those pieces that missed are charred on the oven floor. Super easy and fast. Enjoy.
